By means of this Authorization to act as a direct representative, Maco can draw up your import and export declarations in your name and for your account. Maco remains liable to the Customs Authorities until the declaration process has been completed, after which you assume responsibility. Maco will pay all taxes and duties owed to the Customs Authorities, which it will then pass on to you.
